Through our Unite Student Ministries, our goal at Faith is to teach, disciple, and love teenagers in order that they may see their need for a deep and personal walk with their savior, Jesus Christ. We seek to accomplish this in the following ways.
Coming Alongside Parents
Parents are the most vital role in the lives of teenagers. Our youth group will not flourish unless we have the parents on board with all of our programs. Without consistent teaching in the home and the church, teenagers will be unable to grow. Our job as youth staff is to help parents encourage their teenagers to have a vibrant relationship with Jesus.
Teaching the Word of God
Our main mission is to teach each student that comes through our doors the gospel of Jesus Christ, not only at an academic level, but at a level that brings about obedience and life change. Our teaching aims to be deep and challenging, but also relevant to the lives of 21st century teenagers. Through Sunday school, Wednesday night services, and small groups, our desire is to give each student a solid foundation in the Word of God so that when they leave our doors they are equipped to fulfill the Great Commission found in Matthew 28.
Having Tons of Fun!
We seek purposeful, fun activities that make coming to our church an enjoyable experience. Though it is not the most important thing about our youth group, we seek to make coming through our doors something the students look forward to every week.
